”Yunista - Be Aware“

i did the colca canion trek at Yunista agency and it ended at that we filed a complain at the police: axcept all the problems that we had with our guide Michaell during the trek when we got to chivai we found out that the compeny didn't confirm our tickets back to ariquipe.. 

after a long argue with the guide we decided to take a taxi back to ariquipe (there was no other way because all the buses were full). when we came to the company to ask for our money back they told us that the manager is not there and that we need to come back at 7. when we came back they closed the agency... 

even after we complained at the police they still didn't give us our money back... 

this company by all means is super unprofesional! don't make my mistake...
