” Lago Calima“

Lake Calima, (Lago Calima) is an artificial lake made in the early 80´s, for making an electric power plant.

The lake itself is very beautiful with blue, grean and turkis colors.

There are water sports and many hotels and beach resorts around the lake.

Also intresting is the Archaeological museum in darien, that is one of the villages around the lake, the museum is of the calima culture that was living in that area and left many objects behind.
