 To all of you who plan a trip to Cairns just to find out you don`t like it there is an easy alternative - hop on to Port Douglas, the place is a small version of paradise!!

First of all there is the beach, 6km. long and not crowded at all just a few minutes walk from anywhere in Port Douglas. 

Next there are a lot of activites that can be done from there, trips to Cape Trib, SCUBA diving in the reef, sailing to the low Isles and all the stuff you can do from Cairns.
