”Diving in Moalboal“
Moalboal is a small town only 2 hours south of Cebu city. The diving village is Pangsama, a long 6 km of shops and resorts. on the north end of the village there is white beach, the only nice sand area to get some sun tan. The season is all year round and the water is very nice and clear most of the year.
Diving is the main thing to do in Pangsama but just 20 min ride from there, there is a nice waterfall place name Kawasan`s fall.
Along Pangsama coast line, there is a very nice wall, the reef is around 12 meter depth and the wall go down to 50 meter and more.
whale sharks, reef shark, turtles,lionfish , frog fish and lots of stone fish can be found in that amazing area.
A wonderful dive trip to the near by Pescador Island can bring you to the one of the best dive sites in the area of Cebu Island. Pescador island is only 20 min ride with a boat from the dive centers .In this dive site u can do a beautiful chimney that start at 8 meters and finished in 30 meters.
The resorts in Pangsama are around the 800 peso to 6000 peso.
