I rented a car from Sudamerics in Salta

(Buenos Aires Street 92, Local 5), 

I wanted to go to Salinas Grandes. However, while driving there at about 4000 meters, the car stalled and eventually stopped and would not go further. 

Fortunately some people passed by and helped me return to a lower altitude where the car started working again. Sudamerics refused to compensate me (I simply wanted another car so I could visit Salinas Grandes), and accused me of lying
