Above the supermarket, in Playa del Coco, there is a beuty salon. I had my finger nailes trimmed and colored for 2$! I think thats the best price I ever paid! The supermarket is nice to: it has a lot of westeren stuff like balsamic vinegar and and lots of breakfast cereals. They will change your dollars and traveller cheques, at a rate that`s about 15 colones less then the bank. But the only bank in Coco is Banco National and we all know how long the line there is. The bank is small and there are only 3 cashiers, so if there aren`t many people, maybe it`s worth going to the bank. The supermarket also sells telephone cards, both local and for overseas.
