”אוכל מקסיקני מומלץ“

 It is called ``Enchiladas en mole Poblano`` and it is really really delicious! This is enchiladas (the Mexican version for blinches) filled with chicken and covered with ``mole Poblano`` which is a thick brown sweet sauce (and a little spicy too but not too much). This is a typical dish of Puebla and you can find it there in every corner, but you can also find it in other parts of the country, for example I found it also in Mexico City and in Oaxaca.
