”Warning! travel agency B&L“

I know that what I am going to write below might sound as a strory from a tele-novela but it is reall.
I would like to warn you not ot use the service of B&L Travel in Bariloche Excursiones as this agency is not reliable at all.
we have been 3 Israeli people who wanted to take an orgenized tour to watch the Black Glacier (VentisperoNegro) around Bariloche and while the other 2 people did not speak any Spanish, I speak very wel. I explained the agent that I would join the tour only if she can promise an English tour guide. She was really plesent and said that for the next day she does not have any, but for the following day there is. So we book the tour BUT while the pick up in the mornnig we realized it was a lie. the tour guide was a great tour guide but has not speak any English.

when we return in the afternoon to the agency and I spoke with the same agent again she applogized and promise to compnsate us (it as Friday afternoon) by returninig us some of the money the following day once she will speak with her boss. She asked us to return the following day, promising we should not be worry at all, but of course the next day the agenty was closed (weekend) and nothnig happend.

I must say that in other times and other places when I booked a tour , the agency did keep its promise and provided an English tour guide.....
