In Hanoi theres a lot of travel agencies who offers trips to Halong bay and we took one. we got a real disappointment bcos what we paid for was not what we got and we met a lot of israelies who told us the same story and even worse .

what can u do about it? nothing!! u cant know which agency u got. u can take a tour but just be ready to do the oppist of what u want.. its not so bad but it is disappointing.
