”Border police steals money“

In the border crossing between Puno and Copacabana, the Peruvian police demanded to check if I have fake money. Then later when I counted my money a 100 dollar bill was missing. So people - look very carefully what the policeman is doing when he is checking your money. 

Count it in front of their eyes before you give it to them to check, and then count again in front of their eyes after they give it back to you. Because where can you complain when it`s the police who steals from you...
