המלצות על מבחר מסעדות בסוקרה:

Sucre got quite a gastronomy scene in Bolivian terms, compare to her size. Near the central plaza concentrate most of the good restaurants and the diversity includes of all kind-
Italian (in La Repizza you get an exelent and big Pizza), french, german, dutch, chinies(very economic plates), even japanees. another good cafe is ´cafe mirador´ with the amazing view of the city (great sunsets) and an even more amazing hot choclate.

The central marcket is a place for real Bolivian food- the comedor in the secound flor has very economic almuerzos and cennas, they serv Mondongo, Sopa de maní, caldo de pollo, Chuleta, pailita, faulso conejo ect. the qualety is not as in the restaurants, yet its a very fulling and kinda authentic cause everyone seats in the same tables (Nostalgic for Kibutznikim). 

you also got their a corner that serves Desayuno that includes Api, Tojori(red & yelow corn drink with grains) ,donuts and chease pasteles. in the comedor you also have Hamburguesa spot and venders of juice(mokachinchi, mirabilla ect´...). In the first flor of the marcket you got panaderias that sails fresh Salteñias and other backeries, you got sweets vender just in the entrance of the marcket BUT! what realy makes the marcket worth going to is the fruite place- 25 vendind posts that prepars the best fuite salads for a rediculesly cheap price, and also great fresh fruite shakes.

The steet food is tasty but comes with a risk . the marcket is supervisede.
