If you have lots of money and no time its easy go to Gobi with a tour agency tour. if not, its easy to gobi with a group of turists. find people, all should be max 7, find a russian van with a driver that will take you, pay him 5 euro each and petrol and travel in all the country for cheap.

Organised tours are expensive and a little boring. traveling alone in Mongolia is defenetly possible, but for me it was not worth the trouble. its hard to find a van to take you anywhere and when you find it you will defnetly share the seat with two other mongolians there and the ride will take 24 extra houers and the van will leave at lease 5 hours later than is should.
