Lately, We Had A Trip In Greece and As In Many Cases I Used Booking To Make Reservations For All Of Us. As We Needed 5 Rooms, I Made All Reservations On My Account and Made Sure I Always Choose The Option:
“No Prepayment Needed - Pay At The Property”
As Offered By Booking Website
Out Of 5 Reservations, 3 Of The Hotels Charged My Card For The Whole Sum In Advance Of Our Arrival To The Hotel or At Least Half Of It This. This Cause Me A Damage and A Burden On My Credit Card. After The First Incident I Sent A Message To Booking But Nothing Was Done To Fix The Problem and The Hotels Jept Charging Me.
I Therefore Suggest That You Either Avoid Using Booking or At Least Take This “Bug” Into Your Consideration When Making A Reservation.
