Hi all,
I had a nasty experience with the open bus arriving at Ha Noi. The bus stopped at a place of which I knew wasn`t at the old quarter. The driver said that a free taxi will take me anywhere I want. When I wanted to enter the taxi, the driver told me that unless I go to his hotel, I`ll have to pay for the taxi. Since I had a prefered hotel, and since I got angry with this driver I left him, only to pick up a different taxi because that place was far enough from the hotel and from the old quarter.The bus operator was Trekking Travel, and they operate in the north of Viet Nam with association with Hanh cafe in the south. I have no complaints about their service going south from Ha Noi, just for coming to Ha Noi. The service of Hanh cafe was always good .
